Fruit Tarts

Many forumers have tried this recipe and I have read quite a few good reviews of it. It is supposed to produce fruit tarts not unlike those of Delifrance. Having not tasted the real thing, I can't give my verdict on that aspect. But it is definitely delicious and easy to make. The picture shows a collaboration between me and my friend Magdalene.
